Aidan had his first ever ski lesson on Christmas Day. The Tighes headed up to Eldora, the best kept secret in Colorado to spend our holiday together. Above, Aidan gets acquainted with the Magic Carpet Ride experience...
...then he and his little girlfriend here get some quality coaching from their instructor...
...and, ocassionally, a little hand holding proved helpful. I am so proud of Aidan. He had to endure 50mph wind gusts and a 6 hour lesson his first try at skiing. Not easy for a wee man. He told us many times afterwards how much he missed us and that he cried when he thought about mommy and daddy. But, he made it to the end. Go Aidan!
